As far as your question goes,
Members who have proven themselves to have leadership qualities will be promoted to higher ranks within the rank structure. The rank structure allows us to distribute the work load and give certain leadership roles (such as hosting a game night) to members throughout the community.
You can read more on the rank structure under the 'Important Information' board on the forums!
